Delivery Shortage
Please inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to identify and document any shortages upon receipt of the delivery. If something is missing, please make note of this on your delivery receipt and ensure that the delivery driver is aware of the discrepancy. Please do not sign the driver’s bill of lading until you count your boxes.

Damaged/Defective Items
It is very rare, however sometimes items can get damaged during shipment. It is our customer's responsibility to examine your shipment upon receipt and to report any claims for damaged or defective merchandise within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of goods. We personally and securely package each item carefully hence need to know if there are signs of mishandling so we can guide you to notifying the carrier immediately of any damages. Occasion Giftware is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. We will however be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party.
We may ask you to provide proof of the damaged/defective product by sending us an electronic photo. We may also ask you to ship back the damaged/defective product(s) at our expense.

Only damaged or defective items may be exchanged or returned for replacement or credit by contacting our Customer Service Department. Notification must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of goods. An assigned Gift Guru will advise customers of the procedures to process the return. A Return Authorization # (RA#) must be issued by Occasion Giftware before the return is processed.  

No return will be accepted without an authorization number obtained from our Customer Service Department. We ask that all returns be in their original box or packaging, and you must include the original packing slip or invoice number. The authorization number must be clearly marked on all packages being returned.  
All other sales are final.

Order Acceptance
We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if any portion of your order is cancelled or if any additional information is required. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel an order based on limited quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. Despite our best efforts, it's possible that some items posted online may be mispriced. If we discover mispricing, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancellation.
